BENTONVILLE (AR) – Sporting Arkansas Soccer Club will enter a new partnership with Fairway Lawns to bring professional quality turf management to Sugar Creek Soccer Park and provide club members with discounted pricing on lawn management services starting Summer 2024. 

Fairway Lawns brings a wealth of experience in professional sports field management, including Arvest Ballpark in Springdale, home of the NW Arkansas Naturals. The company also manages a number of high school and college sports fields in the region.

The comprehensive revitalization project at Sugar Creek Soccer Park aims to have match-ready pitches on all eight fields for the start of the fall 2024 season. In preparation for extensive turf improvements, the facility will be closed to all activity beginning May 25. Sporting Arkansas’ one-of-a-kind summer training program, Berraco, will move to a separate location for the 2024 session.

We’ve hosted thousands of matches and tens of thousands of hours of practices, club programs and pickup games over the past few years. Two years ago, we decided that we could have either great fields or packed fields. We chose to pack our fields with activity for kids, and all of that wear-and-tear has caught up with us. With Fairway Lawns, we believe it will finally be possible for us to have both."

As part of the partnership, Sporting Arkansas families will enjoy discounted pricing on Fairway Lawns services, bringing professional turf care to their homes. More information on the discount will be shared with club members in the coming days.
