PARKING COSTS

Parking charge per accepted team:

• U8 = $30 per team
• U9 & U10 = $50 per team
• U11 & U12 = $70 per team
• U13 and up = $90 per team

Each team is required to purchase a Team Parking Pass. Each team's Team Manager / Coach will receive a digital version of the current tournament parking pass the week of the tournament. TMs/Coaches can share the parking pass with all of the families on their team for printing. The parking pass will feature a facility map.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHECK IN ONLINE:

1. Copy of Official 2024/2025 State Roster. All teams MUST have updated roster in GotSport tournament event prior to check in deadline. Official rosters will be printed on game cards and only players on the game card will be allowed to dress out.

2. Official State Travel Permit - All Out of the State of Arkansas teams must present this document at check in. (contact your club registrar or state
association for travel permit) US Club teams not included.

3. ORIGINAL State Official Laminated Photo Player Card PER Players/Coaches/Team Manager for 2024/2025 Season.

4. Club Pass is accepted and recommended if players are from same club. 
**If your club does not utilize club pass, GUEST PLAYERS must be added to your GotSport team roster under the tournament event. All GUEST PLAYERS must have Official Guest Player Forms signed and Official Player Card. Guest player limit (3). 

5. Birth Certificates are not required for check-in, but must be available during tournament if asked to show player proof of age.

6. Every team must sign the following form to verify team has medical releases for all players. Only 1 form per team is needed. Please do not send all player medical releases.

USYSA rules with three (3) games minimum.

U8 - 4v4
U9 & U10 -7v7
U11 & U12 - 9v9
U13-U15 - 11v11     
Note U8/U9 will enforce offsides subject to the refs discretion. All other divisions follow normal FIFA rules.
