Ozark United Boys Academy

The Ozark United Boys Academy is the home of MLS NEXT in Northwest Arkansas, offering the region’s top boys players U13-U19 a professional-level training and competition environment. Formed through a collaboration between Sporting Arkansas and Ozark United, the Academy provides a unified platform for elite player development, rooted in high performance, character and long-term growth.

As part of the MLS NEXT national platform, players compete against top talent from across the country and gain access to premier national showcases, including MLS NEXT Fest and the MLS NEXT Cup Playoffs. These events draw hundreds of collegiate programs and professional scouts from Major League Soccer and beyond — giving players unparalleled visibility and a direct pathway to the next level of the game.

Led by nationally licensed coaches with college and professional experience, the Academy emphasizes technical mastery, tactical intelligence and mental resilience. Training is designed to challenge and develop each player in a high-expectation environment. With individualized development plans and exposure to top-level competition, the Ozark United Boys Academy is the most advanced youth soccer pathway in the region — where ambition meets opportunity.
