As a player at Sporting Arkansas, you represent more than just yourself — you represent your team, your club and your community. Every time you step on the field, in training or in competition, you have the opportunity to grow, compete with integrity and show respect for the game. As a member of Sporting Arkansas, you agree to the following standards:
- Respect Everyone
- Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, referees and fans with respect — always.
- Listen actively and follow directions from coaches and staff.
- Handle wins and losses with class — never brag in victory or blame others in defeat.
- Give Your Best Effort
- Show up on time, ready to work hard at every training session, game and event.
- Compete with intensity, stay focused and never quit — whether you're starting or coming off the bench.
- Take pride in improving every day and pushing yourself outside your comfort zone.
- Be a Good Teammate
- Support your teammates on and off the field.
- Communicate positively, help build team culture and be part of the solution — not the problem.
- Respect team roles, responsibilities and decisions made for the good of the group.
- Own Your Growth
- Be coachable — ask questions, accept feedback and apply what you learn.
- Take care of your body: fuel well, sleep enough and avoid harmful choices.
- Hold yourself accountable — your attitude, effort and discipline are your responsibility.
